What we collect
- Account and contact details you provide, such as name and email address.
- Board inputs you choose, such as occasion, palette, recipient style and budget.
- Order details for any gift bundles, including delivery address.
- Technical data such as device type, browser and anonymised usage analytics.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
How we use it
- To generate and save your ambient boards and credits.
- To process gift bundle orders, shipping and returns.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To maintain security and improve the service.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Legal bases
We rely on contract (to provide the service you request), legitimate interests (to run and improve the studio securely), consent (for optional analytics or marketing where shown), and legal obligation (for records we must keep).
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate — for example hosting, analytics, email and, once connected, a payment provider. We do not sell personal data. When a payment provider is connected, card details are handled by that provider and not stored by us.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Account data is kept while your account is active; order records are kept for the period required for tax and accounting.
